The country, in one paragraph

We've spent the last year scouting the Western Balkans. The roads are quiet, the climbs are real, and the hospitality is the kind that takes you by surprise.

Where we are with this one

The Balkans is the destination we get most excited about and the one we’re least ready to ship. The riding is genuinely some of the best in Europe and almost no-one knows it yet.

We’ve ridden the Albania section three times. Montenegro twice. North Macedonia once. We need another pass on the Macedonian roads before we’d run a paid tour there.

If you want to be on the first tour we run, the waitlist is the way in.

Questions

Things people ask.

We answer every email personally. If yours isn't here, write to us. We'll reply within a day.

Why is this only in design?

We don't launch a destination until we've ridden every kilometre of the route at least twice, in the season we'd offer it. We're still finishing the scouting on the Macedonian section. First confirmed dates land in 2027.

Is it safe?

Yes. The Balkans get a lot of unfair press. Roads are good, drivers are courteous, and the visitor economy in Albania particularly has grown enormously in the last five years.

Come ride Balkans with us.

Balkans is launching soon. Get on the list and we'll tell you the moment dates are confirmed.
