The country, in one paragraph

South Korea has one of the best cycling networks in Asia and is comically under-discovered for cycling tourism. We're working on changing that, slowly, in the right places.

What’s interesting about Korea

Korea has invested heavily in cycling infrastructure over the last decade. There’s a 633-kilometre dedicated cycling path running the length of the country (the Four Rivers Trail), separated bike lanes in most major cities, and a culture that treats cyclists as legitimate road users.

We’re not running the Four Rivers route. It’s well-marked enough that a fit cyclist can do it independently. We’re focused on the parts you’d want a guide for: Jeju Island, the coastline around Busan, the small fishing villages of the southern peninsula.

Where we are

Pilot tour planning. Two scouting trips done, one more next year. First paid tours April or May 2027.

Questions

Things people ask.

We answer every email personally. If yours isn't here, write to us. We'll reply within a day.

When can I ride it?

We're scoping it through 2026 and aiming for first paid tours in spring 2027. Waitlist is open.

Why Korea and not Japan?

Both. They're different propositions. Korea is less-known, more compact, and the food is the headline. Many of our alumni do both.
